With experience in structural calculation and research into new systems based on IoT technology, we have developed a specific monitoring system for historic masonry structures.
A network of wireless sensors provides movement, inclination, temperature and humidity data. The system is highly intelligent and allows us to interact with the sensors or nodes remotely. Through the web we receive and visualize the data, and we can also manage the elements of the installed network.
The essential phase, with high added value, consists of the analysis and processing of the data obtained. The data processing is carried out continuously by the Vault Zafra team and the calculations are carried out with CARYBO’s own software. Completed the calculation phase we obtain the Structural Safety Coefficient, data that determines the degree of stability-structural safety. In addition to diagnosing the structural health and evolution of pathologies, we calculate predictions of future displacement and risk states.
